About the Project

Our team at epiclabs developed a cutting-edge digital onboarding front end for banking prospects looking to open merchant accounts with financial institutions. This self-service solution streamlines the data collection process, automating compliance with local KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations through third-party registry integrations. By connecting to the Chamber of Commerce API, merchants can fill out forms with just a few clicks. The solution also includes a digital signature feature. Future enhancements will integrate facial recognition services to further simplify and secure the onboarding process. The solution was meticulously designed in Figma and extensively tested with users. The backend was built using Java, the front end with React, and the accompanying website developed in WordPress.
