Sales Automation: Digital Contracting Platform
About the Project
EpicLabs was tasked with designing and building a robust tool for sales and customer service agents to digitally issue offers that customers can accept by signing electronically and uploading required documents (such as passports and proof of business). The orchestration of these various steps is managed through Camunda. The backend of the solution is built in Java, hosted on Google Cloud, and the front end is primarily developed using React. Future enhancements will include omnichannel functionalities, enabling agents to use the solution not only in tele sales mode but also during face-to-face conversations on-site.

Project Highlights
Streamlined Digital Offer Process The tool allows sales and customer service agents to efficiently issue digital offers that customers can review and accept by signing electronically. This seamless process enhances the customer experience by reducing paperwork and speeding up transactions.
Document Upload and Verification Customers can easily upload necessary documents, such as passports and proof of business, for verification purposes. This functionality ensures that all required information is collected in a secure and organized manner.
Orchestration with Camunda The orchestration of various steps in the offer issuance and acceptance process is managed through Camunda. This ensures that each step is completed in the correct order and that the workflow is efficient and error-free.
Scalable and Secure Infrastructure The backend of the tool is built in Java and runs on Google Cloud, providing a scalable and secure environment. The front end, developed in React, offers a responsive and user-friendly interface that can be accessed on both mobile and desktop devices.
Future Plans
Future updates will include the addition of omnichannel functionalities, allowing sales and customer service agents to use the tool not only in tele sales mode but also during face-to-face interactions with customers. This will further enhance the versatility and usability of the solution, providing a consistent and efficient experience across multiple channels.
