About the Project

CareMate is an innovative app designed to connect healthcare professionals with short and long-term job opportunities, aiming to become the Uber and Airbnb of the health sector. This ambitious project began with extensive UX/UI design research, involving interviews with healthcare professionals and HR leaders to understand the job market dynamics and talent search processes. The design phase was meticulously executed using Figma and Adobe. The app itself was developed using Flutter and React for the front end, and Java for the back-end API-first approach. The solution is hosted on Google Cloud. Currently, the MVP has been delivered, with plans to add numerous features post-funding rounds, including a comprehensive web design.
